Best Time to Prune Lower Limbs of Red Maple Tree

Anonymous added on August 23, 2015 | Answered

When is the best time of year to remove some lower limbs of a 25 year old red maple tree? They hang down too low for us to walk under. This is not a Japanesse maple but a large tree.
