Q.When During The Year, Do I Move Daffodils From A Small Pot To A Larger One?

Zone Spartanburg, SC Zone 7 I think. | Anonymous added on May 5, 2021 | Answered

They have bloomed and the leaves are still green but drooping. I do not want to separate the bulbs. Do I repot them now while they can still take in sunlight and possibly can continue making and storing food? I have NO space to plant in a bed and I need them to live and bloom as they came from my Grandmother’s yard. I live in South Carolina in Spartanburg. I think this is zone 7.

Wait till all the foliage has died back before transplanting the daffodils. That way, the bulb has had time to recondition.
