Q.when can you transplant a hibiscus plant?
I live in Oklahoma and planted a hibiscus and it’s huge. It has grown so big I need to change location.

You should transplant no later than August, to give it time to grow some roots before winter. You also need to consider time of year for pruning. These articles will help you schedule you hibiscus project: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/hibiscus/transplanting-hibiscus.htm
