Q.When can new sod be treated with pestcides?

One day after new sod was layed in my yard I noticed brown moths from sod webworms. When is it safe to treat with a pesticide? The grass (Seville St. Augustine) has only been down for 5 days. Will treatment put further stress on lawn which is not yet established?
