Q.When and How Should Wisteria Be Pruned?

We have tremendous growth but very few flowers.

As for the abundant growth and little flowers, this could be due to a nitrogen/phosphorus imbalance. Too much nitrogen can lead to lots of growth with little to no flowering. Adding more phosphorus, like bone meal, can normally help offset this.
