Q.What’s Wrong With My Haworthia?

My haworthia has turned much darker than when I bought it and it seems less plump. It\’s facing west window, the soil is a succulent mix with perlite, the pot has a drainage hole, I water it once a week. What could be the problem?

That may be too much water. Haworthia is a succulent so always check the soil before watering. Wait till the top of the soil feels dry to the touch. They like bright light but not too much direct sun. Here is more:
