What’s the ratio of sawdust to dried grass for adding to flower garden

I read on your site I could use sawdust with dried grass clippings for manure in my flower garden, I need to know how much of each.

The article states that 2 parts sawdust, or carbon releasing material, should be mixed with 1 part nitrogen, or grass clippings. The ratio will be 2:1.
