Q.What’s Happening To My Bromeliad?

Zone 96753 | Amandarichman0 added on March 6, 2022 | Answered

It’s flowered. It’s produced a few pups. Now it is doing this. A shoot out of the center. Is it going to flower again? I’ve always been told and read that they only flower once. Do I have a once in a lifetime plant here?

No. It will not flower again. It may be that a pup is coming up through the center, or near enough to appear that way.
