Q.what’s eating the petals of my newly plants

Got a tray from Costco and discover within 2 wk. that the petals have been eaten and there’s a tiny web possibly.

I need just a little bit more information. What plant is this? Indoor or outdoor plant? Anything unusual about the leaves? Are the leaves chewed on the edges or riddled with holes? Are the leaves discolored?
