Q.What To Do With A Raised Bed Where Tomato Plants Got Really Bad Fungus Diseaase Last Year?

Zone Sacramento, CA | MrsMockingbird added on March 27, 2021 | Answered

Is there something I can treat the raised bed with to get rid of any fungus spores from last year? Failing that, what could I plant there that would not be affected by the fungus. I don’t know what kind of fungus it was.

The best thing will be to plant something that is not related to tomatoes, this year, in that spot. Rotating crops can help mitigate disease, while helping restore soil fertility. Otherwise, treating with fungicides and solarizing the soil will be your best options, here.
