What Should I Do With This Flower/small Tree Growing In My Aloe Plant?

Hello. I have an aloe plant that started growing what looks like a flower but its stem is very solid like a small tree. Should I replant it, or allow to continue to grow as is?

That is the flower stalk. You can remove and discard it when the petals fall. Here is more:
