vine. What pesticide do you recommend to control and preferably eliminate and wgat fertilizer do you recommend. We live in Arizona at an elevation of 5,000 ft , get 100 degree heat and single digit cold temps.

The type of pesticide will depend on the pest in question. The type of fertilizer, and when to fertilize will depend on the plant in question. The photo is far too blurry to make out any details of the plant, so I am unable to say what it is.
