What Is This Weed?

Wish this site had an option to add a photo. The weed grows tall (12″) and has a tough trunk like a bush, just thinner. Small to medium leaves with small round white flowers. Very hard to pull out, even the 4″ tall ones, best time is after heavy soaking rain. I would love to send a pic if you already do not know what this weed is. Thank you.

You might want to consider taking a freshly dug weed to the Agricultural Extension Office in your county. Someone there should be able to identify it.
