Q.What is this popping spiral seed thing?
I have these tiny green spirals in my garden that pop and jump about a foot in the air when I touch the leaves of the plants they rest on. I don’t know if they are insect based or plant based or what they are. When they pop, you can hear them. It is the craziest thing. There are strawberries in my garden and purple clover weeds and a vine weed I am trying to remove. Can you help me figure out what in the world this spiral pooping seed/insect egg thing this is?

Sorry I'm not able to identify this little green thing!
It doesn't appear to be an insect or pest, my best guess is a seed or piece of plant material.
