Q.growth on miniature hyacinth
What is the small green bulb-like growth left on top of a miniature hyacinth stalk after flowers fade? Is it a seed pod? If so, could it be used?

The small green balls are seed pods. Once fully dry, open the seed pod and save the unique black seeds in a cool dry place.
