Q.What Is The Best Way To Freeze Cabbage
I have approximately 10 heads of regular cabbage that I would like to save for use later in the summer when green tomatoes come in to make chow-chow. What is the best way to save the fresh cabbage?

Cut the cabbage in thin shreds, blanch it for a minute and a half, plunge it into cold water and freeze. Use it within a couple months only for cooking. Here's our article on preserving vegetables: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/vgen/preserving-vegetables.htm
