Curling on aloes is due to drought stress. That could be from watering too lightly when you water, or other issues like the soil not absorbing water when there is too much peat, or air conditioning vent nearby, or too much sun. Anything that causes it to dry out faster than it is getting moisture back.

When you water, water deeply so the water reaches the roots, then let it dry completely between watering.
