Q.What Has Happened To My Clematis

This is a beautiful winter flowering clematis – it was planted this year and grew fast and happily. A section of the leaves have started changing colour to red. Please help. What can I do? Is it a disease? Many thanks Amy

It could be a phosphorus deficiency or maybe the leaves are displaying fall color. Here is more:
