Q.What Happens When I Spray Bonide Rose Shield On Active Rose Blooms.

Zone 30312 | Anonymous added on May 4, 2021 | Answered

Like an idiot, I spray my knockout roses with Bonide Rose Shield, before reading the instructions. Now the existing blooms look like they’ve been burned off. I’m worried that I’ve damaged the plants permanently. What can I do?

I think you only damaged the blooms. I would cut those off. They probably say not to spray when blooming, because it ruins the appearance of the flower petals.
