My spouse has had this citrus tree for a long time, and he passed away Dec. 27, 2018. His Citrus Tree has been sapping since then. What can I do to help this Citrus Tree? Please do email me, thanks. lisamariemantha@live.ca

The sap you are referring too is likely Honeydew; which is the residue from pests.
You can spray with a horticulture soap spray.
