Q.Fronds curling and dying

Concerned about the fronds curling and dying (top of photo) and fronds around bottom are turning yellow. Is this plant getting too much water or not enough? Does it need nutrients?

Leaf curl and browning can be caused by insufficient water, fungal disease or a nutrient deficiency (such as a manganese deficiency). The following articles discusses these in more detail and will give you recommended courses of treatments:
