Question

What do I have to do to the garden that has yard fabric and mulch on it? Last year we put in new topsoil around the bushes and plants and covered the rest with cedar mulch. What do I have to do this spring?

very year you should remove bed weeds and remove debris. The mulch shouldn't need to be renewed this year since you laid down new mulch last year - mulch is typically renewed every 2-3 years.
