Q.What Do I Do With My Siam Tulip At The Blooming Season End?
I am not a gardener, but I love plants. I purchased a Siam Tulip in May, it had 5 beautiful blooms. I transplanted it to a bigger pot, and over the last months it has had up to 15 blooms. Now the plant has doubled in size and the foliage is beautiful still but blooming is slowing down. I really don’t have a place in my yard to plant it. I have been told to cut it way back, or to leave it in the garage and stop watering and let it go dormant. I really know nothing about bulbs and rhizomes and such, What should I do now. I love the plant and hope it will come back next year. I live in Georgia.
