What Cuts Leaves Off Pepper and Basil Plants

connieshedron added on May 12, 2016 | Answered

Something is cutting the leaves off the newly planted pepper and basil plants. Whatever it is doesn't even eat the leaf but just cuts it off. I protected the plants from cut worms and slugs.

This could be cutworms, slugs, snails or other caterpillars.
