Q.What Causes The Top Stems To Wilt And Curl?

Zone 46738 | debd13 added on May 23, 2020 | Answered

I’ve noticed that flowers are starting to develop and at the same time the top stems are starting to wilt and curl up. They have had plenty of rain and fertilizer.

You don't say what plant that you are referring to, but generally this sounds like a response to either overwatering or overfertilizing.

Disturbing the roots can cause this, as well as a drastic change in environment. Usually, if this is happening after fertilizing and watering, then this will be the cause.
