Q.What can I do for a jade plant that has appeared to have wilted and fallen over?

I have 2 in Jacksonville, Fl. They are in the same location sunshine wise. The other is fine. Both have received the same amount of fertilizer and water.

If the two plants have had identical treatment, it is possible that the limp one has a microscopic pest of some kind. You may want to use an insecticidal soap on it for starters: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/pesticides/homemade-soap-spray.htm.
