I liked your old style of sending and showing information on the web. Videos are nice but they really don\’t give the great information that I got before by reading an article. You will be in zone 9b! This will mean a little difficulty with Hydrangeas, but not an impossibility. As for Peony... This may not be feasible in your area. Here are some videos that we have on the subject:
