Weeds In My Lawn

Question

Can you please advise what this is growing in my lawn (and taking over!) and how I can get rid of it. Tried numerous weed killers – nothing works

It is very hard to say, since it resembles many plants, but my best guess would be Soleirolia soleirolii.
