Q.Weed killer on mint plants
If a weed killer was applied last year on mint and it came back this year, is it safe to eat?

After that length of time I would say, yes.
It is best to keep all chemicals away from your culinary herbs.
Use organic pest control and pulling weeds by hand is the safest way.
