What do I do to the Cold damage ends of the Bush. I hate to think the Bush is permanently damaged

While banana shrubs are not hardy, they are rated for zones 9 and 10, and zone 9 should withstand temperatures to 20 degrees F. When the threat of frost has passed, trim off any damaged ends. Here is more:
