Q.Watering Frequency For New Plant

Hi I have planted 3 firethorn plants (all three colour berries) in my garden. The ground is very dry due to the lack of rain in north wales thia week. They are 50cm/60cm height. I watered them in well on Sunday 24th. The groind was very dry around them by today so i have given them around 3 quarters of a litre each this evening. Im just wondering how often i should be watering and how much. The advice given is that they are hardy and dont need much water but am unsure whether they actually do need water more when in the process of establishing. Thank you Gareth

Yes, they do need water while getting established, but they do not like to be overly wet. Here is more on their care:
