Q.Watering camellias in freezing temps

The camellias are new, having been in the garden only 2 months, should they be watered on a regular basis even in freezing temps?

No, these will require much less water in the winter time. Only water when the soil starts to get dry. This should be significantly less in the winter, than in the summer.
