What can I spray on fig trees to keep the wasps away? My fruit is ready to be picked and I can’t get to them.

At this point in time, your best bet will be to find their nest and destroy it. Once they find a source of fruit, they can be near impossible to deter, except for if their home is in danger or destroyed.

You can also try the standard wasp spray. You may be able to kill off enough for long enough to be able to harvest the fruit.

In the future, try setting out wasp traps before the the fruit ripens. This will help deter them from the fruit before they get too attached to it.
