Wandering Jew can only be grown outdoors in areas with mild winters (U.S. Department of Agriculture plant hardiness zones 8-11, depending on variety.). In your area, however, it gets too cold for planting outside. But you can still grow this houseplant and allow it to spend summer outdoors, bringing it back inside for overwintering.
