Had sprayed insectcidal soap of leaves which turned almost all leaves dark brown the next day. I live in ct and no blooms yet. Do you think they will bloom with only few health leaves?

It is difficult to say if your plants will bloom again or may be done for the season.

I would trim away any plant material and wait and see.

I always recommend spraying a test on plants to see how they are going to react. Avoid spraying in direct sunlight. Early morning or early evening applications are recommended.
