Q.Very Concerned About My Star Jasmine. Some Leaves Are White & Others Brown Spots
We just purchased a home in Mariposa, Ca. a few months ago. A BEAUTIFUL STAR JASMINE covers one wall in our entryway. Recently I have noticed a few leaves with “areas of white” on them. I took some of these leaves to my local Gardenside Nursery. They thought it might be showing signs of burn. It has been very hot here the last couple of months. I put an umbrella in the entryway to help with some heat. Unfortunately, I have recently noticed more damaged leaves. The plant is still putting out new “runners”, but overall the plant is not looking as healthy as when we moved in. I am not an accomplished gardener by any means, so certainly need some guidance. This plant is very mature and ads so much beauty to our entryway to our home. I am attaching a few photos. I would certainly love any advice you can give me. Thank you in advance for your time.
