Q.Use Of Lime In A Vegatable Garden

Zone Elgin Scotland | Anonymous added on May 18, 2021 | Answered

The soil appears to be in reasonable condition and has had compost or manure added on a regular basis over a number of years. There are a number of nettles growing in and through crops. Does this indicate that lime should be applied?

You may want to get a soil test and see what the pH is of the garden soil. Lime is often used to raise the pH.
