I live in the apartment and do not have a garden or patio/deck. I want to plant tulip bulbs in the pot. When and how could I do that?

Tulips do quite well in containers. The size of the container would depend on the number of bulbs you plan on using. But as a rule, tulips in containers can be planted nearly side by side in a clump and then you would want about 3 inches or more bigger than the circumference of this clump.
