Tubular Begonias

Question

When and how do I cut the bulb part up, and plant. I took them out of the ground in Autumn. I want to mass plant them,they are the red common type. Many thanks

Tuberous begonia rhizomes are not divided like dahlias but there are other ways to propagate plants. I've linked to articles on propagation and one on general care of tuberous begonias.
