Wisterias normally do not transplant well. You can try it, but you will need to cut the plant back pretty severely in order to ensure that it survives being transplanted. This article should help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/vines/wisteria/transplant-wisteria-vines.htm

To help lessen the chances of transplant shock, this article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/environmental/learn-how-to-avoid-and-repair-transplant-shock-in-plants.htm
