Q.Tomatoes Are Small And Sour
I planted 2 varieties, Large Red Cherry & Rutgers. 2 of each planted in raised bed and 1 of each in pots. All planted in existing garden soil enhanced with mushroom soil & compost. All plants have grown 6′ tall with lush green foliage and lots of fruit. The cherries are good size and a little bit sour (pic)…..the Rutgers are all very small, very sour and not round but more oval shaped (pic)

This will have a lot to do with how much nitrogen is in your soil at a particular time. Many times, you can offset with potassium and phosphorus, but adding sulfur tends to help make tomatoes less sour, as well.
