I am growing tomato plants from seed. They are growing very slowly and any new leaves are small and thin.

This can be caused by a lack of nutrients or a lack of light. Make sure that you have them in a good location for light. You can go ahead and give them a 1/4 strength water soluble fertilizer as well.
