Should you cut blossoms off when they wilt?

It's not necessary, but it won't hurt to "deadhead" them. They'll eventually fall off the stem, and in the fall you can cut the dried stems all the way down. Here are some additional tips on growing Tiger Lilies: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/bulbs/lily/tiger-lily-care.htm
