Q.Eating Broccoli Leaves
The leaves on my broccoli are so pretty. Can you eat them or not?

You can eat the leaves. Just treat them like collards or other greens. They are very good prepared this way.

Yes, you may eat the leaves. It is a cousin to rabe, which has more leaves than uds. Cook it the same way.

yes make sure no chemicals ued on leaves for a while tho, with broccoli i just tie leaves around head when it starts to form,so no worms can get to it,works good,
