Q.The Leaves Of My Rose Plants Are Curling And Falling Off And The Tips Of The Stems (which Are Still Majorly Green) Are Turning Brown.
Also recently a flower, about to turn into a hip, couldn’t complete the transition. How to save them? It’s late October, so there’s a slight chill in the air. I keep the plants such that they get at least 4 hours of sunlight a day. I also added vermicompost and diatomaceous earth around 20 days back. But I can see no result.

Are you keeping them indoors? Roses really need to be outside for full sun and air circulation. Miniature roses can do OK indoors if the proper conditions are met.
Yours may be overwatered if they are indoors. The water doesn't dry off as quickly as it does outdoors.
