Tangerines From Seeds

Question

I have grown a tangerines tree from seed. I have grown it in a pot in the kitchen. When do I move it outside. I live in the uk. It is still very cold and windy here. Thank you for your help

As long as it isn't close to freezing, you can plant once the days start getting a little longer. In fact, as long as the weather is above 4 C, you can plant at any time.
