Do I remove all the brown leaves that were damaged by the cold and if so, how far do I cut them down?
I would recommend leaving them on until warmer weather returns. After this, you can cut the damaged leaves back as far as the damage goes. Here is an article for more information on the general care of these: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/trees/travelers-palm/how-to-grow-travelers-palm.htm

You will have to wait until it shoots pups from the base. You can then remove these with some roots and repot them as you would a small plant. This will be the only true way to reproduce your palm.
The tips of my traveler palm fronds are rotting before they emerge from the sheath of the previous frond. I have had the palm less than a year. I noticed this a little at first but the last frond to emerge was severely damaged. I noticed some tiny yellowish insects on the rotted tip and sprayed the area of new fronds with a systemic that seemed to get rid of them. Hope you can give me some guidance on preventing this.
