T I have two that are that are 6 feet tall, and there are many wasps in them. I live in zone 9b and it is autumn. Should I let the wasps stay. If not how to get rid of them. Should I spray the trees with Neem oil? Thank you.
This is going to be very difficult, and just about any method that you choose could be harmful to your tree. Neem oil will, likely, keep them away from the tree. This will not kill them, however.
Here is an article that can help:

I don’t see any disease but the tree is young about 7 feet tall. Should the tree be treated with Neem oil or another product ?
You can try Neem Oil or the active ingredient Azadirachtin, which is the concentrated active ingredient. You could opt for capsaicin, which is the concentrated ingredient in peppers that will deter wasps. What I would recommend would be to seek help from your local extension service, as they be able to help, on site.

The trumpet tree doesn't tolerate any freezing. Remove any dead or damaged limbs. These articles should help:

I planted a 24 inch container Tabebulia (pink trumpet) in April in Menifee California Fla.(It is now June) It had some leaves on it when it was planted. The leaves fell off and did not bloom. I don't see the green leaves growing back. When should the tree start getting its leaves back?
Hopefully the place you bought the tree from has a guarantee on the tree. It should have started growing back by now. Is it in a well draining location in full or part sun? Is it getting water? Did you get a freeze in April? A hard freeze can kill the plant. Here is more about its care:

Can you PLEASE help me? I bought some Tabebuia Avellandae seeds from India to Australia and I have tried EVERYTHING to germinate the seeds and nothing has worked! I’ve tried putting the whole seed in soil and covered in platic bag in sun, and the swwd just went mouldy. I tried taking the dark seeds out of the shell thing and planting that and still nothing 😔
Try again to germinate them in a bag of light potting soil, but reduce the moisture and open the bag every couple of days to let air in. Place the bag on a sunny windowsill but not in full sun or outside.
Here is more on the care of the tree. One publication has a photo of the seeds; you can see if that is what you have:
