This is my first year growing sunflowers, and I planted several varieties, a few of them have these hard brown tops!
This appears to be a severe fungal infection. You can try to amend the area with dolomitic lime and wettable sulfur, but you might not see any results until next year. It will be best to plant them in a different place next time, until the soil has time to cure with this treatment.
This article will give you more information on the care of these plants: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/sunflower/growing-sunflowers-in-your-garden.htm
Hello! Hope whoever is reading this is well :) So I bought dwarf sunflower seeds. They get full sunlight all day on my window sill. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong? The biggest bud started started to bloom but the petals were so dry and when I touched each petal they fell off. I've circled it in red. The other buds in my other picture are finally starting to grow yellow petals and I'm worried they'll all fall off too. Does anyone know what I've done wrong or how I could bring them back to life?
Full sunlight indoors is likely not enough sun for your plants.
These plants need 6 plus hours of direct full sunshine.
If you can't move them outdoors you could add a grow light to add additional grow time.

I have one teddy bear sunflower and i have not seen any bees on it yet.
Some hybrid flowers are bred for frilly, double or triple petals and lack the core when nectar, pollen and seed are produced. These flowers offer nothing for wildlife. When flowers hardly resemble the natural plant due to extensive breeding, bees may not recognize it as something that is safe and beneficial. Instinct tells them the "Teddy" sunflower is not for them.
When are sunflower seeds ready to be harvested?
The way I do it, is to cut down the blooms when the petals fall off, and hang them upside down until the seeds start to pop out. Then you can pull out the rest of the seeds. I want to know the month which is harvest time for sunflower seeds? on which month sew sunflower seeds and on which month harvest it?
That depends on your area. You will want to plant these when the soil reaches at least 60 degrees. You will harvest when the flower petals fall off, and the head droops forward. Here is an article that will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/sunflower/harvesting-sunflowers.htm

A bug of some sort is eating our sunflower plants, leaving holes in the leaves and eating the stalk of the leaves, Not bothering the flower itself, just the leaves mostly, we searched the stalk the leaves and all over, the only thing we found is a bug of some sort, I've added a pic of it, is there a way to Spray it without killing the plant or anamals.
The insect in your photo appears to be a 'leafhopper'. But I doubt that this is what is causing holes in the leaves and stems. Leafhoppers are sucking insects and not chewing insects. There may be grasshoppers or another insect pest causing the damage you describe.
The following articles may be of help to determine the actual pest causing damage and the appropriate control.
