My plants are growing large and beautiful and look healthy but they never produce babies/spiderettes. What do I need to do to get them to produce the babies?
They tend to make pups when slightly pot bound. This article may help:

My spider plant seemed to be doing very well then some brown spots started to appear. I attached a photo. When do I fertilize it? When do I transplant it and what do I do with all the babies? I only water it when it is dry and use only distilled water.
Your plant actually looks very healthy.

There can be a few reasons for this.

I had 3 separate plants in one pot. Two of them all of a sudden turned pale and then withered and died. I transplanted the remains one into a smaller pot. The living one had more and longer roots I noticed. I had recently moved the plant from a darker living room to a brighter room. I would like to know why the 2 died so suddenly. What did I do wrong
Your Spider Plant need a bright but indirect sunlight location.
Water only when the soil is dry. Too much water can cause the plant to decline and even suffer root rot.
Spiders can also be sensitive to conditioned water. Using distilled water can be appreciated by a Spider Plant.
It is a good idea to remove the off shoots into there own pots as they can put a strain on the parent plant. Reminds me of motherhood!

One of the spiderettes I have has a few leaves that turned all white. Is this cause for concern? What could be the reason for this?
As long as the leaf is healthy looking I wouldn't worry. If you plant is a variegated variety it is not uncommon to have some leaves that are all white or all green. There are lot of variegated plants that do this. It is just a sport or anomaly. The all with foliage doesn't photosynthesize light properly. If the majority of the plant produces predominantly all white foliage you might try cutting it back to encourage new growth from the base.
Your plant may be getting to much sunlight.

The leaves are going brown in the middle of the leaf. Its got an 18" flower spike on and otherwise seems healthy just the browning of about 8 leaves in the middle of the leaf
Browning of leaf tips can be a normal trait with Spider Plants. If the plants soil is allowed to dry out, the leaves can crack down the center.

When watering, make sure you avoid watering into the crown of the plant.
This will help avoid fungus issues.
My spider plant has TONS of babies and now the leaves on main plants leaves are turning brown, brown down center margin , then down to tips, then die . What is causing this?
Make sure you do not water down into the crown of your plant. This can cause the center to die out.
It also could indicate your plant needs to be repotted and or divided.
